Xigugu
    
    Ingredients:
    
        - 2 cups maize meal
 
        - 4 cups water
 
        - 1 teaspoon salt
 
    
    Instructions:
    
        - Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
 
        - Slowly add the maize meal to the boiling water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
 
        - Add salt and continue to stir until the mixture thickens.
 
        - Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
